They are located less than 100m from the reception.
After completing check-in, our staff will guide you to your room.

Q. Is there a private parking lot?

A.

There is a parking lot (10 cars, free of charge) near the rooms. If you are coming with multiple vehicles, please contact us beforehand.

Q. If I come by train, can you come and pick me up?

A.

Yes, it is possible. We can pick you up from JR Mochimune Station, if you let us know your arrival time in advance.

Q. What time can I check in?

A.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 21:00.

A.

It is at 11:00 AM. If you wish to check out earlier than 9:00 AM, please inform the staff at check-in.

Q. What do I need at check-in?

A.

All guests are asked to fill out a registration card (accommodation ledger), and those living overseas are asked to present their passport.

Q. Is it possible for an accompanying person to check in first?

A.

It is possible for accompanying person to check in first. However, we will ask you to pay at check-in, so please have your payment ready.

Q. What cooking utensils do you have?

A.

We have common cooking utensils such as frying pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, chopsticks, etc.

Q. What seasonings do you have?

A.

We have salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking oil, and seven-spice chili pepper available in each room for free.

Q. What tableware do you have?

A.

We have glasses, wine glasses, tea cups, mugs, cups, plates (*size and quantity varies depending on the room), soy sauce holders, chopsticks, cutlery and wine opener.

Q. Are there any rooms where pets can stay?

A.

Pets are allowed to stay in SEIRAN, GEPPAKU and KONPARU only. You cannot stay in any other rooms.
To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant stay, we ask that you please read the following "Agreement for Staying with Pet Dogs" and give us your understanding.

Q. Are there any restrictions on pet types?

No. However, pet goods are only for dogs, so if you have other pets, there is no problem as long as you bring the needed pet goods.

No. However, if the number of pets is extremely high, we may refuse accommodation.

Q. What pet goods do you have?

A.

We provide a pet cage for dogs, a pet toilet (with toilet sheets), 2 tableware, wet tissues, deodorizing spray, adhesive roller, paw towel, etiquette bag, and special trash can.

Q. Is the bath in the guest room a hot spring?

A.

This is not a hot spring. However, during your stay, you can enjoy Japanese hot springs at Mochimune Port Spa as many times as you like for free (bath and face towels included).

Q. Do you have rental phone charger ?

Yes, in a limited number. We have lightning cables for iPhone and microUSB cables for Android. Type-C is not available.

There is no landline telephone. There is a mobile phone in your room for contacting reception only.

Q. Do you have regular medicines?

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we do not provide medicines.

About Children

Q. About children's accommodation

It is possible. Please select from elementary school student/infant/co-sleeping child (less than 3 years old) when making a reservation. If it is a co-sleeping child, there is no charge.
We also have toothbrushes for children.

Q. Can I warm up the baby food I brought?

Each room has an oven microwave and electric kettle, so please use them.

Strollers are not available for rental.

Q. What is breakfast like?

A.

This is a traditional Japanese breakfast. A local mother will come to your room to prepare the breakfast, so that you can enjoy the meal in the privacy of your room. Please see the breakfast information for more details.

It comes with rice, miso soup, 3 types of small side dishes, fruit juice, dessert jelly, and grilled fish depending on the age of the child.

Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

It is possible. Please let the staff know in advance if it is before check-in, or at the time of check-out if it is after check-out.

Q. Can I send my luggage in advance?

You can send it to us. However, please note that we cannot accept packages that are paid on delivery or cash on delivery. Please write the guest's full name on the shipping slip.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

14-8 days before: 10% of the accommodation fee

7-4 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee

3-2 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee

The day before: 80% of the accommodation fee

On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee

No-show without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee

Regarding new coronavirus countermeasures

Q. Is there a common area?

There are no common areas, but the only time you may meet other guests is during check-in and check-out at the reception. Please be assured that the number of people allowed in the reception area at one time is limited.

Q. Do you use shared air conditioning?

A.

Each building has individual air conditioning, so there is no communal air conditioning.

Q. Can I invite people who are not guests to my room?

A.

From the viewpoint of crime prevention, public morals, and fire protection, as a general rule, we do not allow anyone other than guests to enter the room. Additionally, in accordance with the Hotel Business Act, we have installed surveillance cameras at the entrance to each room.

There is no need to leave it with us. Please return your room key to reception upon check-out.
